The objective of MIP C.C.A. is to help the students to develop receptive minds which can enable them to have meaningful interpersonal relationships, emotionally satisfying attachments and bring about balance between needs, capabilities and opportunities. During the training process, we observe what people's strengths and weaknesses are and position them accordingly to help them to become a productive member of the knowledge society and thereby pave way for fulfilling the socio-genic motive of self-actualization.

• Pre final year students from all disciplines are successfully placed for industrial training in renowned organisation viz. D.V.C, D.P.L, W.B.S.E.T.C.L, N.T.P.C, M.T.P.S, KHARAGPUR S.E. RAILWAY WORKSHOPetc.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum or no supervision.
• Average compensation offered to students during the current year is INR. 1.20 Lacs.
